An accomplished business leader based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jayne P. Hammond has enjoyed a long career dedicated to service and leadership. She earned a BS in nursing from UCLA before beginning her health care career at The Heart Center in Eatontown, New Jersey. There, she worked alongside cardiologists, helping provide care for patients with cardiovascular conditions. Jayne Hammond administered injections and treatments ordered by physicians, coordinated referrals to hospitals, educated patients on cardiovascular procedures, and supported emergency cardiac care.

In 1988, Jayne P. Hammond and her husband embarked on a new chapter when they became co-owners of CSI International, Inc. Together, they transformed the family-owned janitorial business into a respected building services company serving clients across multiple industries, including health care, higher education, real estate, manufacturing, and telecommunications. As president of the company, Mrs. Hammond has overseen operations, strategic planning, workforce development, and regional expansion, helping the company grow from 12 employees to more than 2,000 in 15 states.

Throughout the 38-year journey of building and guiding CSI International, Mrs. Hammond valued the opportunity to work alongside her husband. Their shared commitment to delivering on promises made to clients has been the foundation of the company's success. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys boating, needlepoint crafting, walking, and swimming.
